Wasn't it just last post (or the one before?) when I said it was boring and nothing too interesting to update? Or did I just mean to type that?
Well, guess what? Something intersting happened at work!!

I was hauling some books in a box to take them upstairs and I glanced out the doors and saw a riding lawnmower zip by. I think the dude was breaking some sort of lawnmowering speed limit. I bet he is having fun I thought as I went upstairs. A half hour and a few trips later, there is the police outstairs, a firetruck, and no one is allowed to leave the building. Naturally, I miss all the excitement. I asked Jan what had happened...

The person mowing(Is that even spelled right? Looks funny) the lawn was drunk! About 4 times over the legal limit! (He also did a crappy job on the lawn.) He went along the sidewalk, banged into the library several times--denting the metal siding and taking off part of a gutter--, almost crashed into a window. Then he got off the lawnmower (a patron thought she saw him peeing somewhere), he tried to get back onto the mower, and, if he would have started it up he would have lost his foot o.o. Then he wandered a few feet off and faceplanted on the ground and was out cold.

Why the Hell do I miss things like this?

On the way out of the library at closing, we all took a close look at the damage. Damn! None of us wanted to find out where he peed though :P

Oh, and anyone else think that the new movie with Orlando Bloom (Kingdom of Heaven) resembles the LOTR trilogy? I can point out like 5 scenes at least! (And Hell yeah I am gonna go see it :D)

LMAO. You're not the only one who feels bad she wasn't able to witness that.

- this is too good, I keep cracking up when I (re)read those lines. OMFG. You should have a videocamera with you at all times, 'cause you never know what you might be missing.

My belly really hurts now.

Ciao

Sorry for the bellyache :)
Since we got a new security system, we were all wondering if there were sound/video cameras set up in the staff room. Jan decided to give them something interesting to watch/listen to so she did a little dance and sang a song :) And she is ex military, so that was an interesting sight to see. My friends at school were strange, and so are my co-workers lol :)
