I haven't watched Lost since season 2. And right now, the finale is on, and it has...caption things that explain everything that is going on. Like a Lost for Dummies :D

It seems really corny, some of the explanations LMAO!

I hate recaps, I think the one hour episode recap of Flashforward is what did that show in. What kind of idiots do these people take us for? I guess people that can't follow a plot line.

I hate those too, just a filler so they can get viewers. But this thing was just a bunch of pop ups that came up during the finale. I loved it because I could watch the finale without being confused at all.

The recap of Flashforward might have been for all the people who gave up on the show. When I started hating the main character and only liking the one guy (the one who hadn't had a ff and was supposedly going to die), I gave up on it. Cool idea, but I don't think there would have been enough material to get past 1 season.

I think they lost viewers with that hour long recap, but I stayed. I was hooked when I saw Dominic Monaghan pick up the girl on the train. He was seriously hot as Simon.
