Tuesday, January 24th, 2006 03:01 amI gave myself a papercut. Accidentally. On my upper lip. From licking a damned envelope!! It hurts :(
Supposed to be in bed 50 minutes ago.
Mom and my friend went out to Wally World Sunday. I was expecting Dad to pick me up from work (every other Sunday I work at the Centralia library, so I make someone drive me to and from, hehe), and I was surprised that Mom and my friend were waiting for me.
As I crawled into the backseat, trying not to create an avalanche with the grocery sacks and not not get my feet stuck behind the seat, Mom Says "Did you see what happened to your car?"
I blinked and looked around the interrior to make sure that it was, indeed, my car. "Huh?" Not the most intelligent response, but I am never very intelligent on Sundays. --I have a feeling I should rephrase that, but oh well.
Moving along...Mom goes to say that there is a dent in the front of my car, then proceeded to appologize like 5 times---
---I interrupt this riviting tale: Mom had to take the dog outside and she realized I was still awake. Shit. Threatening punishment. I'm all a quiver.---
Anywho, we go over to Wally World to see about any security cameras. And to take a look at the dent. I laugh hysterically. It was a V shaped dent under the bumper and I had to bend over and squint to see it. Long story short (and because I am afraid that Mom will come out and bust my computer or something if she gets out of bed again), today, Dad was able to find someone to 'pop' the dent out, for free. And we have an order in for some red paint to cover up the yellow paint and lack of paint where the dent was.
Excitement.
I am in an odd mood...I think it is time to get ready for bed, close my door, turn off the lights, and put my touch lamp on 1. And be quiet, very quiet.
*giggles at the 'wierd' mood icon*
Never had a chance to use it before :D :D
