Thursday, January 12th, 2006 01:52 amI watched the newest House again. I have to say that I enjoyed it much more the second time around.
On close inspection, Wilson still seemed not to care much about the lady he was chatting to.
The coffee in the bag still bugs me because he doesn't carry it with the care that 2 full cups of steaming hot coffee would require.
About the airport and him not leaving...I caught a bit of dialogue I missed!! House says something like "Leave it to you to get me back into no-fly status" So for some reason, he chooses to stay behind and not catch her flight--though, quite possibly, her's is booked.
I feel quite sad that I enjoy the ducklings more when House isn't there to pester them :( Even Cameron seems to have managed to not piss anyone off
And, again I am upset that FEB fucking 7th until new episode!!! *fumes*
Okay, got that out of my system...for now *cough*

Date: 2006-01-12 03:49 am (UTC)Anywho, going on faulty memory here, I think House told Stacy that it was up to her to get him off the no-fly list, her being a lawyer and all. He got himself on the no-fly list (the list for so-called suspected terrorists) because he checked his bag but didn't get on the flight. I'm guessing the guard gave him a few minutes, which equated to the time to finish his phone call, and then held him for a bit ... they just didn't show that part, but hinted at it with the no-fly list line. And, for how he got home - cab. He had a lot of money in his wallet, plus Baltimore is ridiculously close to home anyway.
And, if that's not what he said -- disregard all of this.
I'm just going to say (in my own mind) that there was a cup holder inside the bag and be happy with that.

Date: 2006-01-12 07:07 am (UTC)I agree that Wilson seemed more then happy to leave the crying lady (after giving her a tissue- what a nice boy) But, I fear that is part of his pathology, offer sympathy and is the nice guy etc... and bang you are married - a slight exergation.
This wait till Feb is just too long, but I remind myself *we get 24 eps not 22 this year* and I feel a little better.

Date: 2006-01-12 07:42 am (UTC)Yeah, I enjoyed the Ducklings a lot more when House was gone too, they weren't quite as bitchy and Cameron wasn't as annoying as normal. I kinda liked her...
FOX IS A DAMN TEASE!! AH!
Ok, *ahem* got that out of my system but honestly, why show us something and then take it away? Grr...
