The first part was gonna be Hawk missing Beej, they get back together and it was gonna turn out to be a slash fic...but now Hawk seems to becoming attached to a little nurse! Baaad Hawk! If he lives through this (and no I haven't decided yet) I shall try to write it in so he does get a dog, hehehe :)
