Is there a mute button for the damn audience? Have a hard time hearing the singing. Can pretty much hear zip from the judges because they are screaming their heads off.

Between that and the big overdone 'productions' of the songs (backup singers, weird dancing), my enjoyment of this show is fading.

I want American Idol back.
