Wednesday seemed really busy. I had a few things I wanted to do in town before work, so naturally, I got a late start. Left the house at about 10 to 4. Went to the post office to mail a package, then went to the bank to get my paycheck cashed, then to Rite Aide because I needed to check on rechargable batteries. 15 bucks, eww. So I bought 2 T-Shirts for 2 buck each. Next I went to the dollar store to look for brown wrapping paper. Got two small rolls and this adorable little creature:
Wally World was just a small drive away, so I zoomed over there, ran (literally) to grab the batteries (only 7 something) and check on the brown-wrap--tad bit cheaper, so I picked up another roll, then hurried to the library. Needed to be there at 5. I showed up 10 minutes early. Whew. Got to catch my breath, then start shelving. Uugh.
After work, I went to the gas station to buy Mom an oatmeal raisin cookie, then spent my last dollar (out of the 20 I set aside from my paycheck) to buy a scratch ticket. Won 5 bucks. Woot!
Anyway, got home and mom promptly stole my monkey, then gave me money to get a few more (good presents), so I did that before work today.
