NaNo and work

Got about 400 words written during my lunch break at work. The library is my favorite thinking space. So much better than home in some instances.
Oh, and something fun a few days ago while at work...A lady was looking for some books on photo editing. Naturally, with our limited and cut back selection, we had none. So I jabbered at her a bit, trying to find out what she wanted done with picture(s). She had said that she mainly wanted a few seperate effects, like blurring out just certain bits. So I suggested that she make two copies of whatever file she wanted, blur the double completely, then just cut out the bits from the double and paste to the original as needed.
That was how I created the original icon that I am using. So my photomanips have come in handy. She spent several minutes thanking me for that tip. Made me happy for like the rest of the day.
