Tortila, cheese.. roll it up.... paper towel .. microwave 30 seconds... done :)

I do attempt nutrition.. and I do let myself get takeout (Chinese, Thai or Italian) once a week- (I can get 2 or so meals out of it)

I just do not like to eat at night, cause you are suppose to be up at least 2 hours after you last eat, maybe 3... so I worry bout messing up my metabolism more then it already is.
