Yay! I got an interview tuesday at 3 :D With luck, I will become an Aide instead of the lowly Page! The people that have talked to me said that I should be gauranteed to get it since I have worked as a page for over a year and have done just about everything that the Aide does at one point except work at the counter.
I like what I am doing now and will miss working upstairs terribly, but I won't miss the heat! 90 degrees upstairs compared to a confy 70 downstairs. What would you choose? :P
Also something little that I forgot to mention last time I posted. On Monday there was a little Whose Line is it marathon...well, if you call 3 hours a marathon. The first two hours were episodes I had not seen, so I laughed my @ss off for 2 hours straight. Which gave me a headache. Which sucked, but was strangely worth it. God, I love that show! (Scenes from a Hat: "A slogan written on George Bush's shirt" Greg(I think): "The 'W' stands for honesty.")
Ah, the simple things that crack me up :D
Several other fav. Whose Line moments from the past(because I am stalling for bedtime)
--The time when Richard Simmons was on as a guest. He scared Ryan Stiles. Oh how I wish I had a recording of that!
--The YMCA song where the keyboard messed up and started playing real fast and Wayne couldn't spell the name (which escapes me at the moment). I think was 100th episode.
--The Noah's Ark sound effects with those two older ladies. Die laughing I almost did.
--Anytime Colin does that Scottish accent. *huggles*
--And anytime Ryan changes accents because he sucks with them :)
Okay *prys self away from keyboard* Def time for bed now. *waves*

Date: 2005-06-09 11:48 am (UTC)Have you seen the ep with Robin Williams? Now THAT was great!
And...when Florence Henderson was on? (You gotta love Brad for that one).
But the best one...was when they were playing unlikely superhereos, and the plot was going absolutely no where and one of the guys just blurted out 'THE CAT!'. Everyone lost it...the game was in a complete sham...and everything was just 'the cat.' Only saw it once...but man was it AWESOME!
(and nice to find someone I know who watches the show too).

Date: 2005-06-09 12:30 pm (UTC)Seen the Robin Williams' one once. Good episode, I believe...can't really remember it very well :(
I think Ryan wears the flashy shoes just so they get talked/joked about from Drew :P
I like the Irish Drinking songs, esp when Colin's last verse makes everyone laugh so much that he is the only one left singing!
BTW, am I spellin Colin right? It looks wrong to be lol.

Date: 2005-06-09 12:50 pm (UTC)Robin's killer line: 'Get off me Grandma I'm done!' (think it was amusing anecdotes or something).
I think the blue ones are my fav...so cool!
Oh they're great (I downloaded one where they mention Jamie Farr)...but I love the Greatest Hits...so good!
Yeah...Colin's right.
